Portable Microfilmer
The HK-35 is designed for on-location 35mm microfilming where originals can not be removed from their source, as well as for permanently installed microfilming systems. The complete camera set comes with all the necessary accessories packed in a rugged weather-proof carrying case. The basic camera has an A3 copy board but there is an A2 version and, by special order, even an A1 version.
Lens
High resolving, colour corrected, 70mm f/5.6 lens assures brilliant, sharp images. The aperture of the lens can be set from f/5.6 to f/22. Reductions are 5x – 15x on the A2 copy stand and can even range from 5x – 35x at maximum focussing distance.
Shutter
Five shutter speeds are available for extreme flexibility. Synchronised for bulbs and electronic flash – 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 second. The shutter can be released by a button on the camera or via a foot switch.
Film Platen
Vacuum platen system assures absolute film flatness and maximum resolution.
Frame Size
32 x 45mm format using unperforated film in the full frame size, 22.5 x 32mm format in the half frame model with the frame mask plus two masks for perforated film are available. All masks are supplied with the camera.
Film Advance
Film feed is adjustable from 55mm to 22.5mm by 2.5mm step.
Filming Speed
The HK-35 can film 1500 copies per hour on a 100ft roll film (manufacturer’s figures).
