This low cost, high quality silver roll film duplicator has been designed with the low to medium volume user in mind. A portable, table top unit which is suitable for daylight use, the RB70m is easy to use with the minimum of maintenance.
The removable copy film cassette can hold up to 300m of normal copy film or 600m of thin base copy film and duplicates at a speed of 10 metres per minute.
The following features have recently been introduced:-
Film Drive System
The film drive is arranged so as to eliminate any drive roller contact with the film emulsion surfaces thereby reducing the risk of scratching and damaging the films. Precise film tracking is ensured through use of the new individual 16mm or 35mm Exposure Rollers, which have the added benefit of improving duplicate resolution.
Improved Transport Mechanism
The clutch and drive belt mechanism has been completely redesigned giving significant improvements to reliability and image quality. The new clutches allow easy maintenance and accurate adjustment of the master film and copy film while the toothed drive belt provides positive transport to both original and copy films.
Exposure Settings
The RB70m duplicates at a constant speed of 10m per minute. The required exposure is set precisiely and easily by adjusting the exposure lamp intensity dial.
