The RB20m is specially designed for desk top use in a normal office environment without the need for special installation and ventilation. It is a versatile, yet simple to operate duplicator designed for the fast duplication of both 16mm and 35mm diazo roll microfilm.
The RB20m has been modified to incorporate an improved Transport System. The clutch and drive belt mechanism has been completely redesigned giving significant improvements to reliability and image quality. The new clutches allow easy maintenance and accurate film adjustment of the master film and copy film tension while the toothed drive belt provides positive transport to both original and copy films.
The RB20m is ideal for medium volume users requiring a fast start diazo roll film duplicator for continuous or intermittent use. Typical production speed is 10 metres of film per minute dependant upon master film density and copy film type. No film splicing or splitting is required. Accurate speed and temperature controls enable duplication from a wide range of master film densities onto various colour diazo films with repeatable consistency of quality. Designed with the operator in mind the RB20m has many useful operation features including a fast rewind facility, a back lit copy film inspection light and a unique exposure system.
