EXTRA services:-
| 1. Order as late as 3:00pm and have next day delivery - guaranteed! This applies to stocked items only. Cut sheet and striped diazo are prepared to order and therefore may be subject to a slight delay. Please check at time of order for exact date of delivery. |

Open Late - Collect 'Till 8! For those who are working evening shifts or want to ensure prompt collection of goods our warehouse is now open until 8:00pm weekdays for customers who have an urgent need to collect goods from us. Call us during working hours and we will arrange for the warehouse to be opened for late collection OR if you need to call after 5:00pm ring (024) 7638 1196 (This line is open until 8:00pm only). |

Tell Us what you want & we'll try to stock it. Fed up of waiting for items that are not normally held in stock? If you are going to start ordering unusual items on a regular basis please let us know and we will try and stock them to avoid lengthy delays with no obligation. |

Same Day Delivery For an additional cost of £50.00 we can guarantee same day delivery of your goods (subject to availability) delivered by our drivers. This service is only available if requested before 10:00am and only within a 100 mile radius of our head office in Nuneaton. To check if you are eligible for this scheme or for other areas of the country, please consult with our orders department. |
All the above services are in addition to our standard delivery terms of:- Order value over £120 (before VAT) free next day delivery. Order value between £20 and £120 (before VAT) £8.00 charge for next day delivery. Order value below £20 (before VAT) - £3.50 postal charge.
For deliveries between a certain time, the following additional carriage charges will apply: pre 9:00am delivery - £30.00; pre 10:30am delivery - £20.00; pre noon delivery - £10.00.
